The production is fully certified by GlobalGAP. The fruit is first brought to the refrigerated storage facility maintained by the company in Kerasia, Pella.
Then the Fruto cherries go through a pre-cooling process with a special hydro cooler in the company’s local facilities and they are brought the next morning to the processing and packing production unit in Ionia in Thessaloniki.
A sophisticated electronic calibrator ensures accurate sorting on the basis of size and color. Continuous monitoring of the "cold chain” logistics contributes to the high fruit quality.
